What You Can Expect on Season 2 of the Podcast

Season 2 will kick off with experts in rheumatology discussing data from the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) Convergence 2021. Some of the topics include health care disparities, management of pediatric rheumatic disease in adulthood, patient perspectives, and overview of research presented in gout, lupus, and scleroderma.
Through the course of this series, we will also get holistic views from clinicians practicing in various other specialties, such as cardiology, pulmonology, and dermatology, which intersect with rheumatology. These perspectives may be related to the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatologic disease, practice management, and patient care, among others. We will also be receiving further insight from researchers on promising studies and their implications in therapy and clinical practice in rheumatology.
In this season of Rheum Advisor on Air, we will be incorporating various formats within the episodes, including case reports, clinician-led interviews, news briefs, panel discussions, spotlights, and many more.
